WRITING FOR IJSRA

SUBMITTING

​In order to submit manuscripts or enquire about any aspect of our Journal or about individual circumstances, we invite you to email editor.ijsra@gmail.com

 

Your e-mail may be addressed to the Executive Editor, and it should include your name, school/university and level of studies. The Executive Editor will delete any personal information present in submitted manuscripts.

 

Our Journal is focused on student research. As long as the submitted research was carried out as a student of a recognised institution, even if the author is no longer a student at the moment of submission, IJSRA will consider the manuscript. Please refer to the Call for Papers for information about the range of material we accept.

 

PEER REVIEW

Every paper we received will go through peer-review and will be assessed by at least two reviewers in an anonymous process. It is our best intention to complete each reviewing cycle in about two weeks, although it might not be possible in particular circumstances, due to fieldwork or limited access to Internet issues. The summer holidays may be particularly problematic logistically. We apologise in advance for any unexpected delays.

 

The authors will be contacted by the Executive Editor, who acts as a liaison between authors and reviewers, ensuring a fair, non-biased review.

 

Upon aceptance of publication, and in mutual agreement between authors and reviewers, the Executive Editor may put them in contact, in order to foster the academic relationships between students worldwide.

 

  PUBLICATION

Once the authors have resubmitted their revised manuscripts after the peer-reviewing process, the papers will be assessed by the Editorial Board.

 

The Editorial Board, after carefully considering the comments of the reviewers, will decide which papers are suitable for publication. They could ask for minor revision of those papers, indicating further suggestions for editing, if appropriate.

 

The final decision will be that of the Executive Editor, in agreement with the majority of the members of the Editorial Board.

 

​Once the paper is ready for publication, it will become part of the next IJSRA volume.
